Rental Management Premium runs rental businesses end to end: availability calendars, rental quotations and contracts, pickup and return inspections, deposit handling, and automated damage-claim settlement. For equipment, vehicle, event, and tool rental companies — proven demand (the leading free module carries ~10,000 ratings) with no premium option that handles deposits and damage claims properly. Planned features include calendar-based availability with buffer and maintenance blocks, tiered duration pricing, pickup/return inspection checklists with photo evidence, deposit holds and partial forfeiture math reused from the property-management engine, damage-claim settlement workflows, late-return penalty automation, utilization and ROI per asset, and recurring long-term rental billing. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship first for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously, with an ERPNext port following on the v15/v16 track — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version.
