Most Magento 2 stores leave reviews to chance — and most customers never come back to write one. This extension closes that gap with an automated post-purchase review pipeline that ECOSIRE builds, installs, and supports directly on your Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce install.

The module ships as a proper component under app/code/Ecosire/ReviewReminder, wired through di.xml and registered with setup_module. A Magento cron group scans orders that have reached a configurable state (complete, or a shipment/delivery event captured via sales_order_shipment_save_after observers) and schedules review requests after a delay you control — for example, 7 days post-delivery. Requests fire through Magento's transactional email layer (TransportBuilder + email templates) and an SMS channel integrated with your chosen gateway (Twilio, MessageBird, or a regional provider) behind a clean MessageChannelInterface service contract, so the channel can be swapped without touching business logic.

Each request is per-product targeted: a customer who bought three items gets links to review the items they actually purchased, deep-linked to the native Magento product review form (or a tokenized one-click flow). Optional incentives — store-credit points or an auto-generated SalesRule coupon — are granted through a plugin on the review-save flow, with guard rules to prevent reward farming. Cadence rules (max reminders per order, quiet-window, suppression for customers who already reviewed or opted out) are enforced server-side.

Everything is admin-configurable under a dedicated ACL resource in Stores > Configuration, with full logging and a status grid. Because this is built to order, ECOSIRE tailors the trigger events, incentive logic, and SMS provider to your exact store, theme, and compliance needs — then hands over clean, upgrade-safe code.
