WooCommerce gives you sales orders, but nothing for procurement. When a product hits its reorder point you're juggling spreadsheets, email threads and supplier price lists outside your store. This plugin closes that gap by adding a full purchase-to-stock workflow inside wp-admin, built on the same data model WooCommerce already uses.

ECOSIRE builds this as a custom WordPress plugin, then installs and configures it directly on your site — it is not an instant WooCommerce.com or WordPress.org download. We register two custom post types (ecosire_supplier and ecosire_purchase_order), wire them into the WooCommerce admin menu, and connect PO line items to your existing product / product_variation IDs so stock movements stay authoritative.

Suppliers are stored with contact details, currency, payment terms and lead times in days. Each product can map to one or more suppliers with per-supplier cost prices, so margin and landed cost are always visible. A scheduled WP-Cron job scans _stock levels against configurable reorder points and surfaces draft PO suggestions grouped by supplier — no more manual stock-out firefighting.

Purchase orders move through draft → approved → sent → received statuses, export to branded PDF (via Dompdf), and on goods receipt write stock back through wc_update_product_stock() so quantities, the HPOS order tables and reports stay in sync. Per-supplier cost tracking feeds simple landed-cost and spend reporting.

Everything is HPOS-compatible, respects WooCommerce capabilities and nonces, and is built to survive core updates. We deliver it tested on your staging environment, hand over documentation, and support and maintain it as WooCommerce and WordPress evolve.
