Under the hood, the plugin registers a custom settings screen in wp-admin (under WooCommerce), stores per-provider OAuth/API credentials, and imports POD catalog items as native WooCommerce variable products — mapping colors and sizes to product variations and pulling print-area mockups straight into the product gallery. When a customer checks out, an order hook (woocommerce_order_status_processing) routes the line items to the correct provider via their fulfillment API, then writes the provider order ID and tracking back to the order using WooCommerce notes and order meta. It is HPOS-compatible (declares custom_order_tables support) so it works on the modern high-performance order storage as well as legacy post-based orders.
At checkout, live shipping rates are fetched from POD fulfillment centers through a custom WooCommerce shipping method so customers see real costs by destination. A WP-Cron job reconciles fulfillment status, syncs tracking, and powers multi-provider failover — if your primary provider can't fulfill a SKU (stockout or region), the order reroutes to a configured backup. Everything respects WPML/multisite and standard WooCommerce hooks, so it plays cleanly with your theme, page builder and existing extensions.

The exact timeline depends on how many providers you connect, how large the catalog import is, and any custom routing or markup rules you need. We confirm a firm schedule before starting and keep you updated through build, testing and go-live.

Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Because WooCommerce, WordPress core and the POD provider APIs all change over time, we also offer an optional ongoing maintenance plan that covers compatibility updates (including WooCommerce HPOS changes), provider API updates, and priority support. Without a maintenance plan the plugin keeps running, but breaking changes from a provider or a WooCommerce major release would be billed as a separate fix.

Printful, Printify and Gelato out of the box, using each provider's official fulfillment and catalog APIs. We configure order routing per SKU and can set up multi-provider failover so an item reroutes to a backup provider if the primary can't fulfill it. Adding a further provider is possible as a custom extension.
