This is not an instant App Store download. ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports this app for your specific store. We connect to your Shopify store over OAuth, read your data through the Admin GraphQL API (orders, products, customers, fulfillments, refunds, multi-location inventory), and subscribe to webhooks (orders/create, orders/updated, refunds/create, app/uninstalled) so your numbers stay current without manual exports.
Under the hood, every question is mapped by an LLM to a pre-built, parameterized safe-query catalog — the AI never writes raw SQL against your store, which keeps answers fast, cheap and impossible to misfire. Profit calculations use your cost-per-item and Shopify metafields where you store landed cost; ROAS pulls spend you connect from your ad platforms; LTV is computed from order history per customer.

How long until the app is live on my store?
This is a build-to-order app, not an instant App Store install. After purchase and a short discovery call to confirm your metric definitions (how you book cost, which ad platforms feed ROAS, your digest cadence), typical delivery is about 10 to 15 business days. We install it on your store over OAuth, verify the numbers against your own reports, and hand it over documented. Complex multi-location or custom metafield setups can add a few days — we confirm the timeline with you before we start.
Will the AI ever change or delete my store data?
No. The assistant has read-only intent over your data. It reads through the Shopify Admin GraphQL API and reacts to webhooks, and every question is mapped to a pre-built, parameterized query from a safe catalog — the LLM never writes raw SQL and never issues mutations against your store. It answers questions and builds charts; it does not edit orders, products, inventory or customers.
How does it calculate profit, LTV and ROAS accurately?
Profit uses your Shopify cost-per-item, plus any landed-cost values you store in metafields, subtracted from net revenue after refunds. LTV is computed per customer from full order history and can be grouped by cohort. ROAS combines the ad spend you connect with Shopify-attributed revenue over the same window. During setup we lock these definitions to match how your finance side already reports, and we document each formula so there is no ambiguity later.
What about ongoing support and updates after delivery?
Every build includes a post-launch support window where ECOSIRE handles bug fixes, metric adjustments and questions directly. Because we maintain the app, we also keep it current with Shopify API version deprecations and webhook changes so it does not silently break. Longer-term support and enhancement plans are available — you are never left to maintain custom code yourself.
Can I add my own questions or change the metrics later?
Yes. The safe-query catalog is built to be extended. If you need a new question type, a different segmentation, or a new metric definition, we add it to the catalog and redeploy. You can also adjust digest recipients, cadence and anomaly-alert thresholds yourself from the embedded admin. Anything that requires a new underlying query, we handle as part of support or a scoped enhancement.
Does it work with multiple locations and my existing ad platforms?
Yes. The app reads multi-location inventory through the Admin GraphQL API so stock and sell-through questions are correct across warehouses and retail. For ROAS, we connect the ad platforms you already spend on during setup.
