AI OCR Order & Invoice Capture is a Shopify app that ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports specifically for your store. It ingests documents (forwarded email, manual upload, or a watched inbox), runs OCR plus AI parsing to pull out the supplier, dates, references and every line item, then matches each line to a real Shopify variant using exact SKU, barcode and fuzzy text matching. Nothing posts automatically: every parsed document lands in a human review and approve queue where your team corrects mappings and confirms quantities before anything is created.
On approval the app uses the Admin GraphQL API to create draft orders (for inbound customer POs) or write multi-location inventory restock adjustments (for supplier invoices and receipts). Parsed totals, document references and confidence scores are stored on order and product metafields, and a normalized line-item payload can be exported to your accounting or inventory system.
Because it is build-to-order, the app is scoped to your real documents and suppliers — not a generic template. This is not an instant Shopify App Store download. After purchase, ECOSIRE collects sample documents, configures the OCR templates and SKU-matching rules, installs the app on your store via a private OAuth flow, and hands it over working. After purchase, ECOSIRE collects sample documents from you, configures the OCR templates and SKU-matching rules for your catalog, and installs the app on your store through a private OAuth flow. You receive a working, store-specific app rather than a generic listing you self-install.
Typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks from the point we receive your sample documents and store access. Simple single-supplier setups land toward the shorter end; multi-supplier catalogs with messy or varied invoice layouts and an accounting export take longer. We confirm a firm timeline in writing once we have reviewed your documents.
The $249 covers the build and installation. After go-live we agree a support arrangement that covers accuracy tuning as new supplier document layouts appear, fixes, and compatibility updates when Shopify changes the Admin GraphQL API or required scopes. We will not silently let parsing drift; the app is maintained against your real document flow.
