Workflow and object design

Receive a service workflows signal, validate its source and required fields, resolve case, queue and activity, apply the service case coordination decision rules, write the approved state, then record a correlated audit result. The source event is service.service.requested; the resulting audit event is service.service.recorded. The mapped business surface is case, queue and activity.

Technical approach
