Workflow and object design

Receive a case applications signal, validate its source and required fields, resolve Dataverse table, model-driven app and business rule, apply the access & policy governance decision rules, write the approved state, then record a correlated audit result. The source event is apps.govern.requested; the resulting audit event is apps.govern.recorded. The mapped business surface is Dataverse table, model-driven app and business rule.

Technical approach
