Mobile Production Output Reporting brings shop-floor reporting to the devices your operators already carry. Instead of walking back to a desktop or batching paper output sheets, operators open a phone or tablet, scan or select a released production order and operation, and post consumption and output directly against Business Central — including scrap and rework — in a few taps.

This is a build-to-order extension, not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE builds it in AL as a per-tenant extension scoped to your environment, then installs and supports it on your Business Central tenant (online or on-premises). We extend the standard manufacturing tables and pages (Production Order, Prod. Order Line, Prod. Order Routing Line, and the underlying Item Journal / Output Journal posting routines) using table and page extensions plus event subscribers — so posting flows through native costing, item ledger, capacity ledger and WIP exactly as a desk-bound user would, with no parallel data store.

The mobile experience can be delivered as a responsive Business Central role-tailored client surface for the Business Central mobile app, or as a Power Apps canvas app talking to Business Central through the standard OData v4 / REST API and Dataverse virtual tables — chosen during scoping to match your device fleet and licensing. Either way you get operation-line and capacity-load overviews, production-order line status at a glance, and barcode scan-to-select for order and operation.

Because we own the build, we tailor it to your routing structure, unit-of-measure handling, scrap codes and permission model. We ship a dedicated permission set, document the API surface, and hand over source. After go-live we provide a warranty period and an ongoing support/update option as Business Central moves through its semiannual release waves.
