The DHL / FedEx / UPS Carrier Connector is a Dynamics 365 Business Central extension that authenticates against your own courier accounts — DHL Express MyDHL API, FedEx Web Services / RESTful API, and UPS OAuth REST API — so rating, labeling, pickup booking and tracking all happen inside Business Central instead of three separate web portals or a third-party aggregator that marks up your negotiated rates.

This is a build-to-order product, not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE builds the connector in the AL language, deploys it to your environment as a per-tenant extension (or a private AppSource app for multi-environment estates), wires it to your real carrier credentials, and supports it afterward.
Technically, the connector ships table and page extensions on Sales Header, Sales Order, Warehouse Shipment and Posted Sales Shipment, plus dedicated setup pages secured by a dedicated permission set. Live rate quotes are pulled through event subscribers on document validation and surfaced as selectable shipping options. Label generation returns ZPL for Zebra thermal printers and PDF for laser, and international shipments produce the required commercial-invoice and customs paperwork. Outbound carrier calls and tracking-status polling run on the job queue so the UI never blocks. Credentials are stored using BC's isolated storage, and shipment events can be surfaced to Power Platform / Dataverse for dashboards or Power Automate flows.

After a short scoping call to confirm carriers, services, packaging types and label layouts, a typical build-and-deploy runs about 2 to 4 weeks depending on how many carrier accounts and international paperwork variants you need. ECOSIRE develops the AL extension, validates it against the carriers' sandbox/test endpoints, then installs it as a per-tenant extension on your environment and runs a supervised production cutover. You are not downloading a generic app — you receive a connector wired to your own accounts and workflow.
