No. This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE scopes it against your Business Central environment, builds the AL objects, validates forecasts against your real sales history, then installs it as a per-tenant extension to your sandbox and production. You get a working, tailored app on your own tenant — not a one-click marketplace install.

A standard build is usually delivered in roughly 3 to 6 weeks after we confirm scope and gain access to your BC sandbox. Lead time depends on catalog size, number of locations, data quality of your sales history, and whether Dataverse/Power BI integration is included. We give you a firm timeline in the scoping call before any work starts.

The $499 is a one-time build fee. After go-live we offer a support window for defect fixes, and an optional ongoing plan covering BC version upgrades, model re-tuning as your demand patterns change, and enhancements. Because we hold the source AL, we can also re-compile and re-deploy the extension when Microsoft ships new BC major versions.

Yes. The extension is additive — it writes optimized reorder points, safety stock, and maximum levels onto your Stockkeeping Units and feeds proposals into the standard requisition worksheet, so your existing planning and purchasing workflows still apply. We don't replace BC's MRP/MPS engine; we make its inputs smarter.

We need access to a BC sandbox containing representative posted sales history (posted sales invoice/shipment lines), your item and Stockkeeping Unit setup, location structure, and vendor lead-time data. The more history and the cleaner the data, the more accurate the seasonality and trend modeling. All access is scoped and removed after handover per your security policy.
