Sobre este Produto
Stop renting your customer data. Most scaling DTC brands pay Klaviyo or Omnisend a percentage of their list size every month — and hand over the single most valuable asset they own. The Email & SMS Customer Data Platform (CDP) for WooCommerce brings that capability in-house, on your own WordPress install, so your customer profiles, consent records, and campaign history live in your database, not a vendor's.
This is a build-to-order plugin: ECOSIRE engineers it against your exact WooCommerce setup, installs it on your server, and supports it after launch. It is not an instant WordPress.org or WooCommerce.com download.
At its core is a true CDP — every storefront event (woocommerce_add_to_cart, woocommerce_checkout_order_processed, browse activity, custom REST events) is stitched into a unified customer profile keyed on email and phone, stored in custom tables that read cleanly alongside WooCommerce HPOS / custom order tables. On top of that profile we ship prebuilt ecommerce flows: abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back — each driven by WP-Cron (or a real system cron for reliability) and editable from a wp-admin visual builder.
Messaging spans email, SMS, and web push through your chosen providers (your own SMTP/SES, Twilio/Vonage, web-push keys). Predictive segmentation with RFM scoring ranks customers by recency, frequency, and monetary value, and product-feed personalization blocks drop recommended SKUs straight from your catalog into any message.
Because it is built on WordPress hooks, actions, and filters, it respects WPML / multisite, honors consent and unsubscribe state, and never phones home. You own the data, the deliverability, and the roadmap.

Para quem é isso
Scaling DTC founder leaving Klaviyo
Runs a growing WooCommerce store and is tired of paying list-size-based fees to a SaaS that owns the customer data. Wants Klaviyo-grade flows and segmentation self-hosted, with full ownership of the email and SMS list.
Ecommerce marketing lead
Owns lifecycle marketing and needs abandoned-cart, win-back, and post-purchase flows live across email and SMS without stitching together three plugins. Wants RFM segments and product recommendations they can edit in wp-admin themselves.
Agency or in-house WordPress developer
Manages a WooCommerce build (often with HPOS, WPML, or multisite) and wants a clean, hook-based CDP that respects WordPress conventions and the REST API instead of a bloated all-in-one marketing plugin. Values owning the source and avoiding vendor lock-in.

Perguntas frequentes sobre Email & SMS Customer Data Platform (CDP)
How long until the plugin is built and live on my store?
This is a build-to-order plugin, not an instant download. Typical lead time is about one working week depending on the complexity of your channel integrations (SMS provider, web push), the size of the order history we backfill, and whether you run HPOS, WPML, or multisite. We confirm a firm timeline after a short scoping call, build on staging first, then schedule the go-live cutover with you.
What happens to support and updates after launch?
Every build includes a defined post-launch support window during which we fix defects, tune the prebuilt flows, and help your team. Because the plugin runs on your own server and is built on standard WordPress hooks, it does not auto-update from a marketplace — we ship updates to you directly. We also offer ongoing support and maintenance retainers for WooCommerce/WordPress core upgrades, new flows, and deliverability tuning.
Do I really own the customer data and the code?
Yes. The whole point of a self-hosted CDP is ownership. Customer profiles, consent records, and campaign history live in custom tables in your WordPress database — nothing is sent to a third-party platform. We deliver the source code to you, so you are never locked into a per-contact subscription or a vendor's pricing changes.
Will it work with HPOS, WPML, and a multisite network?
Yes. The data layer is built to read WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables) as well as legacy post-based orders, and the messaging layer respects WPML language context and multisite. We confirm your exact configuration during scoping and test against it on staging before go-live.
Which email, SMS, and push providers does it use?
Your own. Email sends through your SMTP or Amazon SES; SMS through Twilio or Vonage; web push through your own VAPID keys. You keep direct control of deliverability, sender reputation, and per-message costs instead of paying a platform markup. If you have a preferred provider we will wire it up during the build.
Can the team edit flows and segments without a developer?
Yes. Once we deliver it, your marketing team manages flows, RFM segments, and product-recommendation blocks from a visual builder inside wp-admin. Developer involvement is only needed for deeper customizations, like new event triggers or bespoke scoring logic — which we can add as scoped work.
