If you run newsletters in Mailchimp or Brevo but your customer truth lives in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you are almost certainly maintaining two lists by hand: exporting CSVs from BC, cleaning them, re-uploading, and never quite trusting which audience is current. This connector closes that gap.

ECOSIRE builds you a per-tenant Business Central extension (AL language) that synchronizes your Customer and Contact records into your chosen ESP audiences and then feeds engagement data back onto the BC contact, so your sales and marketing teams see one consistent picture inside the ERP they already use.

What it actually does

Customer/contact → audience sync over the ESP's REST API (Mailchimp Marketing API v3 or Brevo API v3), with field mapping you approve (name, email, company, country, language, custom merge fields/attributes).
Sales-based segmentation computed from BC posted sales data — top buyers by revenue, lapsed customers (no posted invoice in N months), customers by item/category — pushed as tags or audience segments.
Engagement back to BC — opens, clicks, last campaign, subscribe/unsubscribe status written to fields added via a table extension on Contact, surfaced through a page extension on the Contact card.
Scheduled incremental sync through the BC Job Queue, so only changed records move on each run.

How long does delivery take, since this is build-to-order?

After purchase we start with a short scoping call to confirm your ESP (Mailchimp or Brevo), field mapping, and segmentation rules. A typical build, install, and validated first sync is delivered within about 1 to 3 weeks depending on the complexity of your segmentation and how many audiences you map. You will get a firm date after scoping. This is not an instant AppSource download — ECOSIRE builds and installs the extension on your tenant.

How is it installed on my Business Central environment?

It is delivered as a per-tenant extension (a signed .app) and installed directly on your BC environment via the Extension Management page or, for development handover, through your sandbox first. It does not require publishing to Microsoft AppSource. For BC on-prem we install against your service tier; for BC online (SaaS) we install the per-tenant extension on your tenant.

What about ongoing support and updates?

Every build includes post-go-live support. Because Microsoft ships Business Central updates twice a year and Mailchimp/Brevo evolve their APIs, we offer maintenance plans that keep the extension compatible across BC major releases and ESP API changes, plus bug fixes and small enhancements. You are never left with an orphaned extension — the engineer who built it supports it.

Can it handle multiple newsletters or brands from one tenant?

Yes. The connector supports multi-list / multi-audience mapping, so you can route different BC segments to different Mailchimp audiences or Brevo lists — for example one audience per brand, region, or language. Mapping rules are configured during scoping and adjustable later on the Setup page.

Will it respect unsubscribes and opt-in rules?

Yes. The sync reads subscribe/unsubscribe status from the ESP and never re-adds a contact who has unsubscribed, and it honors double opt-in where your ESP requires it. Unsubscribe and engagement status are written back onto the BC contact so your team sees the current state inside Business Central.
