Most asset-intensive plants run maintenance in a spreadsheet or a standalone CMMS that never talks to the ERP — so spare-part consumption, labor cost, and downtime live outside your financials. This extension closes that gap by building maintenance inside Dynamics 365 Business Central.
ECOSIRE develops it as a per-tenant AL extension in Visual Studio Code (AL Language), installed directly onto your Business Central environment — not a generic AppSource download. New tables hold the asset register, maintenance schedules, work orders, and meter readings, while table and page extensions surface assets on the BC role center and link spare parts to your existing Item ledger. Event subscribers post work-order labor and parts consumption through standard BC journals, so maintenance cost flows into the General Ledger and item availability without a parallel inventory.
You get an asset hierarchy (site → line → machine → component) with full service history, preventive schedules (calendar and meter/counter triggered), condition-based rules, and work orders that cost real labor hours and consumed parts. The BC Job Queue auto-generates due work orders; the REST/OData v4 API and optional Dataverse/Power Platform integration let mobile technicians, Power BI dashboards, or Power Automate flows read and update maintenance data.

Yes. Work-order labor and consumed spare parts post through standard Business Central journals via event subscribers, so parts consumption decrements the same Item ledger your purchasing uses and cost flows into the GL — no parallel inventory or disconnected CMMS.
Can technicians use it on mobile or with Power Platform?
Yes. The extension exposes REST/OData v4 endpoints, and we can optionally wire Dataverse/Power Platform integration so a Power App handles technician work-order updates and meter readings, with Power Automate sending overdue-PM alerts and Power BI reading the data for dashboards.
Will it conflict with our other extensions or customizations?
