Email Marketing & Newsletters for Dynamics 365 is a build-to-order Business Central extension that gives marketing teams a real campaign tool inside the ERP they already use — without paying for full Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys licensing.

This is not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE builds the extension in AL, packages it as a per-tenant extension, installs it on your Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem), and supports it afterward. You get source-aligned delivery scoped to your tenant, your sending domain, and your data model.

The extension ships a drag-and-drop email builder rendered through Business Central page extensions, so non-technical marketers compose newsletters with reusable content blocks and merge fields — no HTML required. Marketing lists are built as segments over CRM data (Contacts, Customers, and any custom dimension you track) using filtered queries, and they refresh on a schedule via the Job Queue.

Sends run through your chosen email gateway — we wire delivery to SendGrid, Amazon SES, or Microsoft 365 (Graph) depending on your compliance and volume needs, with per-message tracking pixels and click-redirect links. Every open and click is written back to the contact's interaction log through AL event subscribers, so engagement appears on the native timeline alongside orders and activities.

Scheduled and event-triggered sends, A/B subject-line testing, unsubscribe handling, and bounce capture are all included. Data is exposed for Power BI and Power Automate through the Business Central REST/OData API, and access is governed by dedicated permission sets.
