Our app was rejected. Can you help?
Yes, and it is a common reason people come to us. Send the rejection notice — most are privacy declarations, account-deletion requirements or a login the reviewer could not get past, all of which are fixable.
Do we need to be in the public stores at all?
Often not. An internal operations app is usually better distributed through Managed Google Play or Apple Business Manager, where it never appears publicly and installs automatically on enrolled devices.
Who should own the developer accounts?
You should, in your organisation's name. We can operate them for you, but an app published under a vendor's account is a risk to you, and we will not recommend it.
