Once live, the plugin pushes selected products to Shein with attribute and category mapping (your WooCommerce variations, sizes, colours and product attributes mapped to Shein's required taxonomy and variant model). Inventory and price sync runs on a scheduled job via WP-Cron (or a real server cron for high-volume stores), so a sale on WooCommerce decrements your Shein stock and vice versa, reducing oversell risk.
Shein orders are imported back into WooCommerce as native orders — written through the WooCommerce data layer so they are fully compatible with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage / custom order tables) as well as legacy post-based orders. Fulfilment, tracking numbers and status changes you make in wp-admin are pushed back to Shein.
Operations live in a dedicated wp-admin settings screen: API credentials, field mapping, sync intervals, logging and bulk listing management to push, update or retire many SKUs at once. The integration is built on the WooCommerce REST/CRUD layer and standard WordPress hooks, actions and filters, so it coexists cleanly with your theme and other plugins. We can scope WPML/multilingual and WordPress multisite handling during the build. You own the code on your server — no per-order rent.
