Shoppers build an Add-to-Quote basket instead of (or alongside) the cart, the merchant negotiates inside wp-admin, and an approved quote converts into a real WooCommerce order with payment. This is not an instant WordPress.org download — ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports the plugin on your live WordPress site to match your theme, gateways and tax rules.
