Once live, every order automatically gets a branded PDF invoice attached to the WooCommerce order email (Processing, Completed, or a status you choose). Warehouse staff print packing slips and delivery notes straight from the Orders screen or in bulk; refunds generate sequential credit notes linked back to the original invoice. Documents carry per-year-reset sequential numbering with custom prefixes, your logo, company address, footer terms, and VAT/GST/registration fields — plus proforma and receipt variants where you need them.

Technically, the plugin hooks into WooCommerce's email actions (woocommerce_email_attachments, order-status transitions) and renders documents server-side, so they're reproducible and archived as files rather than fragile on-screen HTML.
