After purchase we scope your tax jurisdictions and branding, build the app against your store, install it via a custom OAuth connection, subscribe the order and refund webhooks, and validate real invoices with you before handover. This is a build-to-order service, not an instant Shopify App Store download.

The $99 covers the build, installation, and an initial support window for fixes and adjustments. Because ECOSIRE builds and owns the code end to end, we also offer ongoing support and updates — for example when a country changes its VAT/GST invoice rules or you add a new sales territory. We will quote any larger feature additions separately and transparently.

No. Shopify calculates and charges tax at checkout and shows it on the order, but it does not produce a legally compliant tax invoice with sequential numbering, supplier tax IDs, reverse-charge notes, and the per-country mandatory fields auditors require. This app fills that gap automatically.

We configure the rule sets for the jurisdictions you actually sell into — common ones include EU VAT, UK VAT, GCC VAT, India GST, and Australia GST. Each has its own mandatory invoice fields and formatting, which we set up and validate during the build. Tell us your markets and we confirm coverage before we start.

Numbering is persisted in your shop's metafields rather than in ephemeral app state, so invoice and credit-note numbers stay gap-free across redeploys and refunds. Each credit note references its original invoice number, which keeps your audit trail clean.

No. The price is a one-time build fee. There is no per-invoice metering and no revenue share. The app runs on your store against the Shopify Admin GraphQL API and webhooks you already have access to.
