The Multi-Country VAT/GST Invoice Generator is a Shopify app ECOSIRE builds to order for your store, so the document each customer receives matches the legal format of their jurisdiction.

This is not an instant App Store install. After purchase, ECOSIRE configures, builds and installs the app directly into your store as a custom Shopify app using OAuth with least-privilege scopes (read_orders, read_customers, read_shop). It listens to the orders/create and orders/paid webhooks via the Admin GraphQL API, reads line items, tax lines and customer billing data, then renders a branded PDF invoice per order. Your logo, registration numbers and footer text are stored in shop metafields so they survive theme changes and app updates.

Key behaviours we implement: country-specific templates (sequential invoice numbering, reverse-charge wording, tax-summary tables), VAT/GST calculation and display derived from Shopify's own tax lines (never re-guessed), customer VAT-ID validation against the relevant registry where an API exists, multi-currency and multi-language rendering, and bulk download plus accounting export (CSV/ZIP) for your bookkeeper.
