Review & UGC Collection Automation is a Shopify app ECOSIRE builds to order for your store — not a generic App Store download. We develop it against your theme, your fulfillment cadence and your messaging stack, then install it on your store and support it after launch.

The app listens to Shopify's orders/fulfilled and fulfillments/create webhooks so review requests fire at the right moment — a configurable delay after delivery, not at checkout. Requests go out over email, SMS and WhatsApp through your chosen providers, with smart resend logic and per-channel opt-out that respects Shopify's customer marketing-consent state read via the Admin GraphQL API.

Collected reviews — including photo and video UGC — are stored against products using metafields and surfaced through a Theme App Extension (app block) you drop into product and collection templates with no theme.liquid hacking. Reviews render with valid Product/AggregateRating/Review JSON-LD so they're eligible for Google rich-snippet stars, and an export feed keeps Google Shopping product ratings in sync.

You also get Q&A and review moderation in the Shopify admin, optional review incentives tied to loyalty points, and sentiment and rating analytics so you can see which products and which channels actually drive social proof.

No. This is build-to-order. ECOSIRE develops the app against your theme, fulfillment flow and messaging providers, then installs it on your store via OAuth. There is no instant App Store download — that honesty is deliberate, because the app is tailored to your store rather than a one-size template.

How long does delivery take?

Typical delivery is 2 to 4 weeks from confirmed requirements. We scope the channels, templates and widget placements, build on a Shopify development store, run UAT with you, then deploy to production. Tight, well-defined scopes ship faster; deep custom integrations (e.g. a non-standard WhatsApp BSP or loyalty platform) can extend the timeline, and we tell you up front.

What happens to support and updates after launch?

ECOSIRE owns ongoing support under a post-launch agreement: bug fixes, configuration changes, and — critically — migrating the app forward as Shopify rolls new Admin API versions (Shopify deprecates versions roughly quarterly). You are never left maintaining undocumented code; we hand over admin documentation and remain the maintainer.

Yes. The app sends over email, SMS and WhatsApp through providers you connect, choosing channels per your strategy. All sends honor the customer's marketing-consent and opt-out state read from Shopify's Admin GraphQL API, so you stay compliant on every channel.

The widgets emit valid Product, AggregateRating and Review JSON-LD, which makes verified reviews eligible for Google rich-snippet star ratings (eligibility is always Google's call, not a guarantee).
