After we confirm which Mirakl operators you sell on and gain access to your Shopify store and operator API credentials, a typical single-operator build is delivered in about 2 to 4 weeks. Each additional operator's attribute and category mapping adds time, which we scope and confirm with you up front before any work starts.

Any marketplace running on the Mirakl platform — Best Buy Marketplace, Macy's, Decathlon, Kroger, and many others — because they share the same offer, order, and messaging API structure. The differences are each operator's attribute taxonomy, category tree, and offer rules, which we map to your Shopify products and metafields during the build. We are an independent integrator and not affiliated with Mirakl or any operator.

The app installs via OAuth and subscribes to Shopify webhooks for orders, fulfillments, and inventory changes, while polling each Mirakl operator on a schedule. Mirakl orders import as native Shopify orders with line items, taxes, and the originating operator tagged. When you fulfill in Shopify, carrier and tracking sync back to Mirakl. Multi-location inventory is kept in sync so a sale on any channel decrements stock everywhere, with per-operator buffers to avoid oversell.

Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and adjustments. Mirakl operators periodically change attribute specs, category trees, and API requirements; ECOSIRE provides ongoing support and maintenance — either as needed or under a retainer — to keep your connector aligned. You own the code, so you are never locked to us, but we remain available as your integration partner.

Yes. The app is custom-built for your store and you own the resulting code. Adding another Mirakl operator is usually a configuration and mapping task rather than a rebuild, because the connector is designed to handle multiple operators from a single configuration. We scope each new operator's attribute mapping and quote it before starting.
