For an Indian D2C store shipping high COD volumes, the daily pain is juggling four or five courier panels. This app unifies Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, DTDC and Ekart behind one workflow inside Shopify Admin. When an order comes in, it runs a pincode serviceability and rate check across your enabled carriers, lets your team pick a courier (or auto-assigns by rule), and generates the AWB shipping label without leaving the order.

Built natively on the Shopify Admin GraphQL API, the app reads orders and writes fulfillments, tracking numbers and tracking URLs back to Shopify so customers get accurate shipment notifications. Courier and AWB data is stored in order metafields for clean reporting and theme access. Order and fulfillment webhooks keep status in sync, and multi-location inventory is respected when picking the dispatch origin.

The COD layer is the heart of it: COD orders sync with each courier, remittance is tracked against payouts, and reconciliation flags shortfalls. The NDR (non-delivery report) workflow surfaces failed-delivery attempts, captures buyer responses (reattempt, reschedule, RTO) and pushes instructions back to the courier — the single biggest lever on COD profitability.
