No. This is a build-to-order app. After purchase, ECOSIRE scopes your requirements, builds the integration against your Aramex account and your store's workflow, tests it, and installs it as a private app on your Shopify store. There is no instant App Store install.

Typical lead time is about two weeks from the point we have your Aramex API credentials and have confirmed scope (service types, COD rules, origin locations). Heavier customisation can extend that, and we give you a firm timeline before we start building.

You need an active Aramex account with API access — account number, account PIN, username/password and account entity/country for the Aramex Shipping and Rate Calculator APIs. We configure these securely server-side during the build; you never paste them into the Shopify theme.

Yes. The app is built, installed and supported by ECOSIRE. Launch includes a support window covering bug fixes and keeping the integration compatible with changes to the Aramex API and Shopify's Admin GraphQL API. Extended support and enhancements are available on request.

Yes. Live Aramex rates are returned through Shopify's Carrier Service API so customers see accurate shipping cost at checkout, provided your Shopify plan supports carrier-calculated rates. Once a shipment is created, the Aramex AWB number is written back to the Shopify order as a fulfilment, which triggers Shopify's native tracking email to the customer.

Yes. Cash on Delivery is supported with the COD amount passed through to Aramex, and orders can be sent as multi-piece shipments when a single order ships in several boxes. The exact COD and packaging rules are configured to match how your store operates.
