No. This is a build-to-order integration. ECOSIRE registers a custom app against your store via OAuth, builds the Amazon Pay flow for your specific theme and merchant account, then installs and tests it. You are not installing a generic listed app — you receive an integration matched to your store.

Every build includes ECOSIRE support and compatibility maintenance. If Shopify's Admin API, theme structure or Amazon Pay's API changes, we keep your integration working. Reach us for issues, configuration changes or button placement adjustments after launch — you are not left maintaining a one-off plugin alone.

Yes. Amazon Pay processes the payments, so you need an approved Amazon Pay merchant account for your region. We configure your credentials into the integration and handle the Shopify-side wiring, but the merchant relationship, payouts and any Amazon fees are between you and Amazon Pay.

Orders flow into Shopify via the Admin GraphQL API, and webhooks on orders/create, orders/paid and refunds/create keep both systems aligned. Refunds you issue in Shopify are pushed back to Amazon Pay so settlement matches. Amazon Pay buyer and session references are stored in order metafields for support and audit lookups.

Coverage follows Amazon Pay's own availability — primarily the United States, supported European markets and Japan. We configure region and currency handling for your customer base during the build. If your target market falls outside Amazon Pay's supported regions, we'll tell you before you buy.
