The Vendor Portal & SRM module moves supplier coordination out of email: vendors respond to RFQs, acknowledge POs with dates, submit shipment notices, and upload invoices — while you score their performance. For procurement teams managing dozens of active suppliers, where chasing confirmations by email is a full-time job. Planned features include supplier self-registration with document KYC, RFQ broadcast and comparative bid tabulation, PO acknowledgment with delivery-date commitment tracking, advance shipment notices feeding receiving, invoice upload with three-way-match preparation, expiring-document alerts (trade licenses, certifications), and scorecards on delivery, quality, and price stability. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship first for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously, with an ERPNext port following on the v15/v16 track — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version.
