SMS Gateway Multi-Provider connects the ERP to the SMS provider of your choice — Twilio, Unifonic, and regional aggregators across the GCC, Pakistan, and beyond — for transactional alerts, OTPs, and campaigns. For businesses in SMS-first markets where order confirmations, delivery alerts, and payment reminders by SMS measurably reduce COD failures and no-shows. Planned features include a provider abstraction with per-country routing, template management with variables and Arabic/Urdu support, event-triggered sends (order confirmed, out for delivery, payment due), OTP generation and verification flows, opt-out compliance handling, delivery status callbacks, cost tracking per message and campaign, and bulk campaign sending with throttling. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship first for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously, with an ERPNext port following on the v15/v16 track — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version.
