PayTabs Payment Gateway is a custom Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce extension that ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports on your store — this is not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download. After purchase we scope your PayTabs profile (region, currencies, merchant account), build the module, install it on your Magento instance and hand over a tested, production-ready checkout.

Technically, it ships as a proper module under app/code/Ecosire/PayTabs, registered via registration.php and module.xml. Payment logic is implemented against Magento's service contracts and the Magento\Payment gateway command framework — request builders, response handlers, validators and HTTP client wired through di.xml virtual types, rather than fragile direct API calls. The method renders on the Luma/Hyvä checkout via a Knockout/UI-component and, where you run a headless storefront, through the GraphQL setPaymentMethodOnCart flow.

The extension supports both PayTabs hosted checkout (redirect/iframe payment page) and embedded/managed-form card entry, plus local MENA payment methods exposed by your PayTabs profile. It enforces 3D Secure authentication, captures the server-to-server callback through a dedicated controller secured against CSRF and signature-verified, and reconciles transactions back to the Magento order with the correct transaction IDs.

Operationally, admins get refunds and partial captures directly from the order view (online refund / capture against the PayTabs transaction), full multi-currency handling aligned to your store views, and configuration under Stores → Configuration → Sales → Payment Methods gated behind proper admin ACL. Sandbox and production credentials are stored encrypted via Magento's config encryption. We deliver on a stated lead time and support the module after go-live.

No. This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE builds the PayTabs module specifically for your Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce environment, installs it on your instance, and configures it against your PayTabs merchant account. There is no instant Marketplace download — you receive a tested, installed and supported integration.

What is the delivery lead time after I order?

Typical delivery is around 5 to 10 business days from the point we have access to your Magento environment and PayTabs sandbox credentials. Timing depends on your PayTabs profile setup, which local payment methods you need enabled, and your environment access. We confirm a firm date during scoping before any build work begins.

Do I get ongoing support and updates after launch?

Card transactions are routed through 3D Secure authentication for SCA, and the local methods available depend on what your PayTabs profile enables — commonly mada, KNET, Apple Pay and STC Pay across the GCC.
