Allegro Connector for Business Central is a custom-built AL extension that closes the gap between Allegro's REST API and your Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. There is no instant AppSource download here — ECOSIRE engineers build the connector to fit your offer catalog, stock model, payment flows and Polish VAT setup, then install and support it on your tenant.
On the BC side the connector ships as a per-tenant extension (or, where you prefer, a registered AppSource-style app installed privately). It adds table and page extensions to Item, Sales Header/Line and Customer, an Allegro Setup page for OAuth2 credentials and mapping, and a set of codeunits that talk to the Allegro REST API. Inbound checkout-form orders are pulled on a Job Queue schedule and posted as Sales Orders with the right customer, shipping method and tax. Outbound, event subscribers on item and price changes push availability and pricing back to your Allegro offers so the marketplace never oversells.
It is honest about scope: Allegro's API quotas, sandbox testing, offer-status rules and Allegro Smart! delivery handling are all wired explicitly, with a tracking-number write-back so buyers see fulfilment in their Allegro account. VAT is handled per PL/EU rules — domestic 23%/8%/5%/0%, OSS for cross-border B2C, and reverse-charge B2B — mapped to your BC VAT posting groups.
Because it is built to order, we scope against your real data in a discovery call, develop in a sandbox, and hand over with a permission set, documentation and a job-queue runbook. Optional Dataverse / Power Platform sync exposes order and offer data to Power BI and Power Automate.

How long until the connector is live, and what's the process?
Typical delivery is 3 to 5 weeks from kickoff. We start with a discovery call to scope your offer catalog, stock model, shipping methods and VAT setup, then build and test the AL extension against Allegro's sandbox API. We install it on your BC sandbox for joint UAT, and only after sign-off do we connect production Allegro credentials and go live. Complex catalogs, custom shipping rules or Dataverse sync can extend the timeline; we confirm a firm date after discovery.
Is this an instant AppSource download?
No. This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE develops it for your specific Business Central configuration, then installs it on your tenant as a per-tenant AL extension (or privately registered app). You are not buying a self-install AppSource listing — you are buying a built, installed and supported integration tailored to your data.
What ongoing support and updates do I get?
Every build includes a post-go-live support window for fixes and tuning. After that we offer a maintenance plan covering Allegro API changes (Allegro versions and deprecates endpoints), Business Central major-release compatibility (the twice-yearly waves), and adjustments as your offer or VAT setup evolves. Because we hold or share the source, updates ship as a new extension version without rebuilding from scratch.
Will it handle Polish VAT and OSS correctly?
Yes — VAT is a first-class part of the build. We map Allegro orders to your BC VAT posting groups: domestic Polish rates (23/8/5/0%), the EU One-Stop-Shop scheme for cross-border B2C, and reverse-charge for eligible B2B. The exact rules are configured against your chart of accounts during discovery so postings reconcile cleanly with your JPK and VAT returns.
What do you need from us to build it?
Admin access (or partner delegation) to a Business Central sandbox, an Allegro developer account with API application registered for OAuth2, a representative sample of your offers and orders, and your VAT posting-group and shipping-method setup. We handle the AL development, packaging, testing and installation; your team participates in UAT and approves go-live.
