The Amazon Connector for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a build-to-order integration that ECOSIRE designs, develops, installs, and supports on your own Business Central / Dynamics 365 environment. This is not an instant AppSource download — we scope your marketplaces, legal-entity structure, and settlement rules, then ship a per-tenant extension (AL table extensions, page extensions, and event subscribers) deployed straight into your tenant.
On the Amazon side, we authenticate to the Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Vendor Central feeds. Orders flow inbound on a job queue schedule, landing as sales orders (Seller Central) or as fulfilled purchase/sales documents (Vendor Central — POs, ASNs, invoices). FBA inventory is reconciled against your warehouse so on-hand, reserved, and inbound-shipment quantities stay accurate, and inbound-shipment receipts post against the right location.
Settlement reports are parsed and posted as general journal lines — Amazon fees, referral and FBA charges, refunds, reserves, and disbursements — mapped to the correct G/L accounts per legal entity so multi-marketplace, multi-region operations stay clean. Returns and claims (FBA customer returns, SAFE-T claims, reimbursements) are automated into credit memos and adjustment documents.
Everything respects Business Central conventions: dedicated permission sets, isolated setup tables, telemetry to Application Insights, and an architecture that survives Microsoft's monthly updates. Where you run Power Platform / Dataverse, we can surface order and settlement entities through the BC REST/OData v4 API for Power BI and Power Automate.

No. This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE scopes your marketplaces, legal entities, and settlement rules, then develops, installs, and validates the connector as a per-tenant AL extension directly in your own Business Central / D365 environment. You are buying engineering and installation, not a self-service marketplace listing.
Typical lead time is 3 to 6 weeks from kickoff, depending on the number of marketplaces, legal entities, and the complexity of your settlement and tax mapping. We confirm a firm timeline after a short scoping call. We build in a sandbox first, validate against live Amazon data, then promote to production once you sign off.
After go-live you get a named ECOSIRE engineer and a support window per your chosen tier. We monitor sync health via Application Insights, fix issues, and keep the extension compatible with Microsoft's monthly Business Central releases and Amazon SP-API changes. Enhancement requests (new marketplaces, new mappings) are quoted as scoped change orders.
