QuickBooks Sync for WooCommerce ends the monthly scramble of re-keying orders into QuickBooks Online. ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures this plugin directly on your WordPress site so every WooCommerce order, customer, product and refund flows into QuickBooks Online automatically — and key data flows back the other way.

This is build-to-order, not an instant marketplace download. After purchase, our engineers connect to your environment (or a staging clone), wire up the QuickBooks Online OAuth 2.0 connection, map your chart of accounts, tax rates and payment methods, then deploy a tested, production-ready plugin tailored to your WooCommerce setup.

Under the hood the plugin hooks into WooCommerce order lifecycle actions (woocommerce_order_status_completed, woocommerce_order_refunded, woocommerce_new_order) and pushes records through the QuickBooks Online API, while a WP-Cron reconciliation job pulls inventory and customer changes back into WooCommerce. How long does delivery take, since this is built to order?

Yes. We build against WooCommerce's custom order tables (HPOS) so order reads and writes use the modern data store, and it also works with legacy post-based orders. We confirm your store's order storage mode during setup.

Does it handle taxes, shipping, discounts and refunds correctly?

Yes — that mapping is the core of the work. We map WooCommerce tax, shipping, discount and fee lines to the correct QuickBooks income, COGS and liability accounts, and refunds in WooCommerce create matching credit memos or refund receipts in QuickBooks. We reconcile the first runs with you so the books match.

Can it sync with QuickBooks Desktop instead of QuickBooks Online?

This product targets QuickBooks Online via its official API. QuickBooks Desktop uses a different (Web Connector / SDK) integration model. If you run QuickBooks Desktop, contact us — we can scope a separate build, but it is not what this listing delivers.

Is my QuickBooks and store data secure?

Yes. The connection uses QuickBooks Online OAuth 2.0 with tokens refreshed server-side, so no static credentials are stored in the browser. Sync runs on your own WordPress server and database — we don't route your order data through a third-party SaaS middleman.
