The gateway registers as a standard WC_Payment_Gateway so it appears under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments alongside your other methods. Customers are taken through the hosted N-Genius checkout (PCI scope stays with Network International — your server never stores raw PAN data), then returned to your WooCommerce order-received page. Refunds issued from the WordPress order screen call the N-Genius refund API and reconcile the order.
