This is not an instant App Store download. Under the hood it uses Shopify's Admin GraphQL API and webhooks (orders/create, orders/updated, refunds/create, inventory_levels/update) to react to store events in near real time, with OAuth securing both the Shopify and Zoho Books connections. Every new order becomes a Zoho Books sales order or invoice, customers are matched or created (deduplicated by email), and products map to Zoho items by SKU.
We handle the parts that usually break: multi-location inventory quantity updates, Shopify Payments payout and processing-fee journal posting so your bank reconciliation actually ties out, and tax/VAT/GST mapping from Shopify tax lines to the correct Zoho tax codes.
