Zoho Books Sync for Shopify is a build-to-order integration that connects your Shopify store directly to Zoho Books, so your accounting ledger stays accurate without manual CSV exports or copy-paste reconciliation.

This is not an instant App Store download. After purchase, ECOSIRE builds, configures and installs the app on your store, mapping it to your specific Zoho Books organization, chart of accounts and tax setup. You get a clean, Shopify-embedded admin screen — no separate desktop tool, no third-party middleware subscription.

Under the hood it uses Shopify's Admin GraphQL API and webhooks (orders/create, orders/updated, refunds/create, inventory_levels/update) to react to store events in near real time, with OAuth securing both the Shopify and Zoho Books connections. Every new order becomes a Zoho Books sales order or invoice, customers are matched or created (deduplicated by email), and products map to Zoho items by SKU.

We handle the parts that usually break: multi-location inventory quantity updates, Shopify Payments payout and processing-fee journal posting so your bank reconciliation actually ties out, and tax/VAT/GST mapping from Shopify tax lines to the correct Zoho tax codes. Refunds and credit notes flow back as Zoho credit notes, keeping revenue honest.

Because it's built to order, the field mappings, document types (order vs invoice), number-series rules and edge cases are tailored to your books — not forced into a one-size template.
