Your Shopify sales already live in one system and your books in another. The Zoho Books Sync Connector for Shopify closes that gap so your accountant stops re-keying orders by hand. ECOSIRE custom-builds, installs and maintains this connector against your specific Shopify store and Zoho Books organization — this is not an instant App Store download.

The connector authenticates to Shopify via OAuth with read scopes on orders, transactions, products and inventory, then reads order data through the Admin GraphQL API. On an hourly schedule (and optionally on the orders/create and refunds/create webhooks for near-real-time pushes), it creates the matching sales invoice in Zoho Books, attaches line items, and posts the customer record.

Where most off-the-shelf apps stop at the order header, this build handles the parts that actually break reconciliation: Shopify tax lines mapped to your Zoho tax rates, Shopify Payments / gateway fees booked as expenses, payout matching so the Zoho bank deposit equals the real settlement, COGS and inventory movement keyed off your products, multi-currency orders posted at the correct exchange rate, and refunds written back as credit notes rather than deleted invoices.

Because it is built to order, the tax-rate map, chart-of-accounts mapping, SKU matching and currency rules are configured to YOUR Zoho organization before handover — no generic defaults you have to unpick later. You get a documented mapping, a backfill of recent historical orders, and a support window for adjustments. Honest delivery: typically 5–7 business days from when we have store and Zoho access.
