Telr is a leading Middle East payment gateway, but Shopify does not natively process Telr transactions — and Shopify only permits third-party payment gateways through approved providers in supported regions. This is a build-to-order integration: ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports a Telr connection for your specific store, rather than a one-click App Store download.

We connect your Shopify checkout to Telr's hosted payment page so that card details are entered on Telr's PCI-DSS environment — your store never touches raw PAN data. Where Shopify's payment architecture requires it, we implement the flow using Shopify's supported extension points (Checkout UI extensions / off-site redirect with a return URL) and reconcile every transaction back into Shopify orders.

What we wire up for you: order creation and tagging via the Admin GraphQL API, webhooks for orders/paid and orders/cancelled reconciliation, metafields to store the Telr transaction reference and authorization status against each order, and an authenticated app install via OAuth. Telr's transaction status callbacks are verified server-side before any Shopify order is marked paid, so a dropped browser session never leaves an order in the wrong state.

You get regional and international card acceptance (Visa, Mastercard and locally issued cards), multi-currency MENA checkout, fraud screening through Telr's rules, and full refunds and captures — initiated from a place that maps cleanly to your operations. We deliver and test in sandbox mode first, then promote to live only after you sign off.

Honest scope: this is a professional services engagement with a fixed one-time build fee. It is not a self-serve plugin, and final go-live depends on your active Telr merchant account and Shopify plan eligibility.
