Yes. Every build includes a post-launch support and warranty window for bug fixes and for keeping the app compatible with Shopify Admin GraphQL API and webhook changes. After that period, ongoing support, new rules, and feature additions are available as a maintenance arrangement. ECOSIRE Private Limited builds and supports the app directly.

We integrate the SMS gateway of your choice — Twilio, MSG91, Vonage, or a regional provider that gives you the best rates and deliverability in your markets. SMS costs are billed by that provider directly to you; we configure sender IDs, templates, retry limits, and resend throttling to keep your spend predictable.

Where your Shopify plan and checkout extensibility allow it, OTP can be presented inside the checkout flow. Otherwise — and most reliably across plans — we run verification as a branded post-purchase step linked from the order-confirmation SMS/email, backed by server-side webhook logic so it cannot be bypassed. We recommend the right approach for your plan during scoping.

You decide the policy. After a configurable timeout, an unverified order can be auto-cancelled (with optional restock), or auto-held and tagged for manual review so your team can decide. Either way the order is clearly tagged and its OTP/risk state is written to order metafields, so it's filterable in your normal Admin order views.
