This is build-to-order. After purchase we scope your pricing tiers, approval rules and tax handling, then build, install and test on your store. Typical delivery is a handful of business days depending on how many tiers and rules you have — we confirm a timeline during scoping. You'll know it's live because we test it against your real catalog with you before handover.

Installation includes handover documentation and a post-launch support window to fix any issues found in the first weeks of real use. Beyond that, because Shopify periodically changes APIs and themes, we offer optional ongoing maintenance to keep webhooks, the embedded app and theme integration working through Shopify platform updates. You own the delivered build either way.

No. Shopify's native B2B features require the Plus plan, which is one reason this app exists — it delivers tiered pricing, gated registration, quotes and net terms on standard Shopify plans by building the logic into a custom app and your theme. If you are already on Plus, we can build it to complement or replace the native B2B catalog instead.

Visitors submit a registration form with their business details. A customers/create webhook flags the account as pending, and they cannot see B2B pricing or net terms until you approve them. On approval the account is auto-tagged, which triggers their assigned pricing tier and any net-terms eligibility. You manage the queue from the admin dashboard we install.

It's built to respect Shopify's architecture — it uses native customer accounts, multi-location inventory and your existing checkout rather than a parallel store. During scoping we review your current theme and apps to avoid collisions, and we install into your live theme with the app's logic scoped to wholesale accounts so retail shoppers are unaffected.
