The Amazon Marketplace Connector for Shopify makes Shopify admin the single control center for selling on Amazon. Instead of toggling between two dashboards and reconciling stock by hand, you list, price, and fulfill across both channels from the Shopify product and order screens you already use.

This is a build-to-order integration, not an instant App Store install. ECOSIRE configures it against your Shopify store and your Amazon Seller Central account(s), connects it through Shopify's Admin GraphQL API, OAuth, and webhooks, registers with Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API), then installs and tests it in your environment before handover. Typical delivery is 10–15 business days depending on catalog size and the number of marketplaces.

Is this an instant Shopify App Store download?

No. It is build-to-order. ECOSIRE custom-builds the connector against your Shopify store and Amazon Seller Central account(s), installs it, runs a supervised first sync, and hands it over. There is no public App Store listing or self-serve download.

How long until it's live on my store?

Typical delivery is 10–15 business days from when you provide Shopify and Amazon access. Larger catalogs, complex attribute mapping, or multiple marketplaces can extend that. We confirm a firm timeline during scoping before any work starts.

What ongoing support and updates do I get after launch?

Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and adjustments. Because Shopify's Admin API and Amazon's SP-API change over time, we offer an optional maintenance arrangement to keep the connector compatible with API and policy updates. This is quoted separately from the one-time build.

Does it handle both FBA and FBM?

Yes. Both Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) are supported. FBA inventory is reflected back into your Shopify stock levels, and FBM orders import into Shopify admin where fulfillment and tracking sync back to Amazon.

Can Amazon prices differ from my Shopify storefront prices?

Yes. Pricing is configured per channel, so your Amazon prices can carry a different margin than your storefront. You can also set repricing rules with min/max floors and a competitive offset, applied per marketplace.

What access do you need from me, and is it secure?

We need Shopify admin access (or a custom app install) and authorization to your Amazon Seller Central via SP-API OAuth. Credentials stay tied to your accounts, the connector runs in your environment, and mapping rules are documented so your team retains full control.
