The Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Platform is a Shopify app ECOSIRE builds to order for your store — it is not an instant App Store download. After purchase, our engineers configure, install via a custom OAuth app on your store, and hand you a working creator-acquisition engine.

At its core, the platform turns affiliate and influencer revenue into a measurable, automated channel. Affiliates self-register through a branded portal, you approve them in an admin queue, and each gets a tracking toolkit: a unique Shopify discount code, UTM-tagged referral links, and server-side attribution. Conversions are captured through the Admin GraphQL API and the orders/create and orders/paid webhooks, so every sale is matched to the right partner — even when a code and a link disagree — using a configurable attribution priority.

Commission logic is yours to define: flat per-order, percentage-of-subtotal, or tiered rules that reward top performers with higher rates. Order line data and metafields drive product- or collection-specific commissions. Refunds and cancellations trigger automatic clawbacks via the refunds/create webhook, so you never pay on returned revenue.

Payouts run on autopilot. Approved commissions batch into PayPal Payouts API disbursements or convert to Shopify store credit, with a full audit trail and downloadable statements for each partner.

Influencer campaigns get dedicated tooling: creator profiles, campaign briefs, per-campaign codes, and performance dashboards segmenting reach by source.

Is this an instant App Store download?

No. This is a build-to-order Shopify app. After purchase, ECOSIRE engineers configure it to your store, catalog, and payout setup, then install it via a private OAuth connection. You receive a working, tested platform — not a generic self-install.

How long does delivery take?

Typical delivery is 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff, depending on the complexity of your commission rules, theme integration, and whether you need both PayPal and store-credit payouts. We confirm a firm timeline after a short scoping call and keep you updated through each milestone.

What ongoing support and updates do I get?

Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and adjustments. Because we transfer the source code to you, the app keeps running independently. We also offer optional ongoing maintenance to track Shopify API version changes and add features as your program grows.

How are affiliate sales attributed?

Each affiliate gets a unique Shopify discount code and UTM-tagged referral links. We capture conversions server-side through the Admin GraphQL API and the orders/create and orders/paid webhooks, then match each order to a partner using a configurable attribution priority you control.

Can commissions be clawed back on refunds?

Yes. The app subscribes to the refunds/create and orders/cancelled webhooks, so when an order is refunded or cancelled, the corresponding commission is automatically reversed before payout — you never pay out on returned revenue.

Do I need a PayPal Business account?

For automated PayPal payouts, yes — a PayPal Business account with Payouts API access is required, and we help you configure the credentials. If you prefer, payouts can instead be issued as native Shopify store credit, which needs no third-party account.
