It is not an instant App Store download — you buy the build, we deliver and install it.

On the Shopify side, the connector reads your products through the Admin GraphQL API, maps Shopify products, variants, options and metafields to Trendyol's required attributes, and pushes listings into the Trendyol Marketplace Seller API. We map your Shopify multi-location inventory to the warehouse Trendyol fulfils from, so stock stays accurate across channels.
Catalog and category mapping handles Trendyol's strict category attribute model — brand, color, size and mandatory fields — with bulk listing creation for large catalogs. Inventory and price sync runs on a schedule and reacts to Shopify inventory_levels/update and products/update webhooks, so a sale on either side adjusts the other. Order import pulls Trendyol orders into Shopify as native orders for unified fulfilment, and shipment sync pushes tracking and carrier data back to Trendyol when you fulfil. A commission and payout view surfaces Trendyol's deductions so your true margin is visible.
Authentication uses your Trendyol Seller API key, secret and supplier ID stored securely server-side; Shopify access uses a scoped custom app with OAuth. This is a build-to-order integration, not an instant download. After purchase we collect your Shopify and Trendyol seller details, confirm your catalog structure and category mappings, then build, install and test the connector on your store. Typical delivery is around 2 to 4 weeks depending on catalog size and mapping complexity; we confirm a firm timeline during onboarding.

Marketplace APIs change. ECOSIRE provides a post-launch support window for bug fixes and configuration help, and we maintain the connector against Trendyol Seller API and Shopify Admin API updates. Extended support and enhancement work are available as a follow-on engagement so your sync keeps working as both platforms evolve.
+What credentials and access do you need?
On Trendyol you provide your Seller API key, secret and supplier ID from your seller account. On Shopify we set up a scoped custom app with only the access scopes the sync needs (products, inventory, orders, fulfilment). Credentials are stored securely server-side and are never exposed in the storefront.
+How does it prevent overselling between Shopify and Trendyol?
Inventory is synced on a schedule and also reacts to Shopify inventory webhooks, so when stock changes on either side the other channel is updated. We map your Shopify multi-location inventory to the correct Trendyol warehouse so the available count Trendyol shows reflects real, fulfillable stock.
+Does this replace Shopify's native marketplace features?
Shopify has no native Trendyol channel, so there is nothing built in to replace. This connector is the integration layer that talks to Trendyol's Seller API on your behalf. Trendyol orders arrive as standard Shopify orders, so your existing fulfilment, reporting and workflows continue to work.
