Revenue operations leads need to qualify and route records by governed rules without losing ownership when records cross system boundaries. This concept starts with the business decision and evidence required at each stage, then maps that intent to supported Salesforce surfaces.

Workflow and object design

Receive a integration control signal, validate its source and required fields, resolve Platform Event, Change Data Capture and integration log, apply the qualification & routing decision rules, write the approved state, then record a correlated audit result. The source event is integration.qualify.requested; the resulting audit event is integration.qualify.recorded. The mapped business surface is Platform Event, Change Data Capture and integration log.

Technical approach

The scoped design may use OAuth 2.0 connected app, REST API, Bulk API 2.0, Composite API, Pub/Sub API, Lightning Web Components, Flow. Authentication is based on OAuth connected app with scoped permission sets and a dedicated integration user.
