The Reviews, Q&A & Engagement Pack adds social proof and engagement mechanics: verified-buyer reviews with photos and moderation, product Q&A with merchant answers, gift registries, auction-format listings, and approval-gated B2B registration. For merchants building trust on their own storefront instead of renting it from marketplaces — review volume is the conversion lever. Planned features include post-purchase review requests by email and WhatsApp, verified-purchase badges, photo and video reviews with moderation queues, structured-data markup so ratings appear in search results, product Q&A with notification loops, gift registry and wishlist sharing for events, time-bound auction listings with bid handling, and B2B registration forms with document KYC and approval workflows. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version.
