Customer Portal Premium upgrades the default portal into a B2B workspace: order history with one-click reorder, invoices and statements with online payment, delivery tracking, support tickets, and the customer’s own negotiated prices. For wholesalers and recurring-order businesses where customers phone in orders a portal should be taking. Planned features include quick-order screens from purchase history and favorites, live pricing from the customer’s pricelist, statement-of-account views with payment via configured gateways, delivery tracking surfaced from the carrier connectors, RMA requests, document libraries (contracts, certificates), sub-user management with role limits for customer staff, and portal usage analytics. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship first for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously, with an ERPNext port following on the v15/v16 track — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version.
