This pack manages physical money workflows: petty cash custodies with vouchers, IOUs, and replenishment cycles, plus cheque printing with layout templates matched to regional bank stationery. For businesses in cash-and-cheque markets — most of MENA and South Asia — where petty cash boxes and printed cheques remain daily reality. Planned features include custodian accounts with float limits and reconciliation counts, expense voucher capture against custodies, replenishment requests with approval, IOU and advance tracking, cheque layout designer with bank-specific templates (date formats, amount-in-words languages including Arabic), void and reprint controls with audit logs, and cheque registers tied to the PDC module. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship first for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously, with an ERPNext port following on the v15/v16 track — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version.
