Order Preparation (Pick-Pack-Ship) for Magento 2 turns ad-hoc order fulfillment into a structured, error-resistant daily workflow your warehouse team can actually follow. Instead of staff toggling between the native Sales > Orders grid and printed slips, this extension gives them a dedicated admin workspace that walks each order from pick → pack → ship with state tracking at every step.

This is a build-to-order extension, not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download. ECOSIRE engineers build the module under app/code/Ecosire/OrderPreparation, install it on your Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce instance, configure it to your warehouse layout, and support it afterward.
