The Klaviyo Email & SMS Marketing Connector is a Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce module that ECOSIRE builds, installs, and supports on your own store — it is not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download. At its core the extension keeps Magento and Klaviyo in lockstep. Customer and subscriber profiles, placed orders, and storefront events are pushed to Klaviyo's APIs so every flow is driven by trustworthy data rather than guesswork. We hook Magento's native event/observer system (checkout_cart_add_product_complete, sales_order_place_after, customer_save_after, cataloginventory_stock_item_save_after) and, where interception is cleaner, plugins/interceptors declared in di.xml, so capture happens without core edits.
