This is a build-to-order Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce extension that connects your store to JD.com (京东), one of China's largest B2C marketplaces. It is not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download — ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports it for your specific catalog, attribute structure and JD.com seller (POP) account.
The extension ships as a versioned module under app/code/Ecosire/JdIntegration, wired through di.xml with admin ACL resources, a dedicated system configuration section, and encrypted credential storage for your JD.com OpenAPI app key, secret and OAuth token. Catalog publishing maps Magento attributes and category trees to JD.com categories and required attributes through an admin-managed mapping grid, so listings pass JD's validation rules instead of being rejected.
Order import runs on Magento cron, pulling JD.com orders into native Magento sales orders with correct customer, address (CN province/city), and line-item mapping. Fulfillment is bidirectional: when you ship in Magento, an observer/plugin pushes tracking and logistics status back to JD.com; JD-side status changes flow back into the order. Inventory and price synchronization keep Magento MSI source quantities and prices aligned with your JD listings on a schedule you control, with conflict rules to define the source of truth.
Every API call is logged, retryable and rate-limit aware against JD's OpenAPI gateway. The build works on Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce 2.4.x (PHP 8.1–8.3), exposes service contracts for re-use, and can surface read endpoints via REST/GraphQL when your headless or PWA storefront needs them. What ongoing support and updates do I get after launch?

If JD.com changes its OpenAPI (endpoints, required fields, or rate limits), we update the integration. Extended support and enhancement retainers are available; we do not silently auto-update production — changes are applied on your staging environment first.

Do I need my own JD.com seller account and OpenAPI access?

We configure them securely in Magento's encrypted system configuration and handle OAuth token refresh. We can guide your team through requesting OpenAPI access if you do not have it yet.
