Education & Course Marketplace (LMS) extends Magento 2 (Open Source or Adobe Commerce) into a full learning platform where you sell online courses, live classes, and tutoring sessions instead of physical SKUs. It is delivered as a proper module under app/code/Ecosire/CourseMarketplace, wired through di.xml, service contracts, plugins/interceptors and observers — never core hacks — so it survives Magento upgrades and Composer patching.

Courses model as a dedicated entity with a curriculum tree (sections → lessons), mapped onto the catalog so each course remains a purchasable product with native pricing, tax, promotions and checkout. On sales_order_invoice_pay an observer auto-enrolls the customer and provisions lesson access. Lessons stream protected video (signed S3/CDN URLs or your provider) or serve downloadable files gated behind enrollment ACL. A custom cron job releases drip-scheduled lessons and sends class reminders.

Instructors get vendor storefronts: an admin-ACL-scoped panel to publish courses, manage their roster, and view payout-ready sales — with marketplace commission split at order time. Learners get a "My Learning" dashboard with progress tracking; completion triggers PDF certificate generation.

Everything is API-first: GraphQL types and REST endpoints expose courses, enrollments and progress for headless/PWA storefronts and mobile apps. Admin grids, ACL resources, and system configuration follow Magento conventions.
