This is a build-to-order HRMS and payroll solution for organizations standardized on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) across the GCC. It is not an instant marketplace download. ECOSIRE designs, builds, deploys and supports the solution as a managed model extension package (X++ extensions, table and form extensions, and event handlers) installed directly into your own F&O environment — your sandbox first, then production via the LCS / Power Platform deployment pipeline.

The core problem it solves: F&O ships a strong global Human Resources module but no GCC statutory payroll. Teams end up running payroll in spreadsheets or a disconnected app, then re-keying journals into the GL. This extension closes that gap end to end. No. This is a build-to-order solution. ECOSIRE scopes your GCC requirements, then builds, deploys and supports a per-tenant model extension package directly in your own Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. There is no instant marketplace install — the trade-off is that the payroll logic, legal entities and workflows are built to fit your group exactly, with the source handed over to you.

How long does delivery take?

A typical single-country build (UAE or KSA) with standard pay elements runs around 6 to 10 weeks from signed scope to production go-live. Multi-legal-entity, multi-country GCC rollouts with complex approval chains and data migration take longer and are quoted after a discovery workshop. We deploy to your F&O sandbox first for UAT, then promote to production through the LCS / Power Platform pipeline on a scheduled cutover.

What about ongoing support and updates after go-live?

ECOSIRE provides ongoing support under a maintenance agreement: bug fixes, statutory updates when WPS, GOSI or end-of-service rules change, and regression testing of the extension against F&O One Version service updates so your payroll keeps running through Microsoft's continuous update cycle. Support tiers and response times are agreed per contract; the one-time price below covers the build and initial deployment, not the recurring maintenance.

Will it post correctly to our Finance & Operations General Ledger?

Yes. Payroll runs generate journals that post in real time to the F&O GL using event handlers and the standard ledger posting framework, with the correct legal entity, main accounts and financial dimensions. There is no separate payroll silo and no re-keying — finance sees posted, dimensioned payroll entries with a full audit trail.

Can it handle several legal entities and countries across the GCC?

Yes. The solution supports multi-legal-entity payroll within a single F&O instance, with per-entity pay calendars, statutory rules and currencies. A group operating in the UAE, KSA, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait can run each entity under its own local rules (WPS, GOSI, gratuity) while consolidating into the same General Ledger.
